❌ Returns Policy
We do not accept returns once the 3D design has been approved by the client and the production process has begun. All products and fittings—including modular kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, and furnishings—are customized for each project and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Due to the customized nature of our work:

We do not accept returns on any product once the 3D design is approved and production has commenced.

All products are made-to-order based on the client’s layout, measurements, and design preferences.

💳 Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds after the design approval stage.

Advance payments and progressive milestone payments are non-refundable, as they cover design development, material procurement, and factory scheduling.

Warranty terms apply as per the agreement shared with clients during project initiation.
